Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing contract administration services for pre and post contract
- Performcost estimation, cost control, detailed cost analysis and budgeting
- Support, review, and ensure accurate estimates of project pricing and costs to maintain competitive pricing
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, main contractors & sub-contractors
- Evaluate and prepare quotation & assessment forvariation orders
- Checking payment claims and final accounts settlement
- Conduct regular reporting on project status and maintain necessary records
- Perform tendering for E&M service (especially in MVAC) or Design &Buildprojects would be an advantage
Requirements
- Higher Diplomaor above in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Building Services or other related engineering discipline
- 2+ years' of relevant QS working experience
- Previous experience on E&M (especially in MVAC) or Design &Buildprojects would be an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Office application
- Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, a good team player with strong interpersonal skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)Location
