<p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>• Full responsibility for the operation, sales and market expansion of the lift rental business in the Hong Kong region</p><p>• Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve leasing performance and market share targets</p><p>• Establish and manage a local team, including sales, technical support and customer service</p><p>• Establish solid cooperation relationships with government agencies and construction companies</p><p>• Supervise equipment scheduling, maintenance, and safe operation processes to ensure service quality</p><p>• Regularly report business progress to the headquarters, provide market analysis and strategic advice</p><p>• Lead brand promotion and image building in Hong Kong, enhance Hongxing Construction's local influence</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>• College degree or above, engineering management, mechanical, marketing or related professional preferred</p><p>• More than 5 years of experience in aerial work platforms or construction equipment rental industry, with at least 2 years of management position experience</p><p>• Familiar with the Hong Kong construction industry market, regulations and safety standards</p><p>• Have excellent business acumen and market expansion abilities</p><p>• Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to efficiently execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to establish long-term cooperation with customers of different levels</p><p>• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, English speakers are preferred</p>
