Responsibilities:

• Handle overall Accounts Payable process including vendor queries, cheque and electronic payments, payment transaction reconciliation, accurate and timely settlement

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments

• Assist in month-end closing. Ensure the financial results and all management reports are correctly compiled with general ledger

• Support daily operations in finance function

• Assist in year-end audit and tax matters

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, accounting or other related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience, at least 2 year experience in payment is required

• Self-motivated, independent, strong attention to details and able to communicate effectively with all levels

• Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
