Job Description
- Responsible for guiding students to complete their daily homework, and for detailed verification and correction to ensure learning effectiveness.
- According to students’ individual learning progress, provide appropriate tutoring and clarification, enhance understanding ability and autonomous learning motivation.
- Assist students in building good study habits and time management skills, promoting steady academic growth.
- Regularly communicate with parents about students’ learning status, feedback on academic performance and improvement suggestions.
- In line with the organization's teaching philosophy, participate in teaching preparation and necessary administrative affairs.
- Have secondary school education or above, those with teaching or tutoring experience are preferred.
- Familiar with the curriculum content of primary and secondary schools, especially Chinese, mathematics and English subjects.
- Have patience, sense of responsibility, and good communication skills, and be able to effectively interact with students and parents.
- Devoted to education work, willing to invest energy to help students overcome learning difficulties.
