Job Description
Provide full technical support and coordination for the company's business intelligence (BI) system, covering all stages of application development, including requirement analysis, system design, development, system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);
Lead system support, daily maintenance and continuous optimization work after go-live, coordinate suppliers and end users to jointly promote function enhancement and problem improvement;
Review and evaluate suppliers’ submitted project plans and delivery results, integrate cross-departmental opinions, propose specific recommendations to users and assist in final decision-making;
Write system analysis files, design specifications, user manuals, training materials, and system operation procedures, etc. technical documentation;
Support AI technologies (such as large language models LLM) in the preliminary integration and application exploration of medical data analysis scenes;
Comply with government agency related process requirements, follow public sector technical standards and documentation norms.
