[Job Responsibilities]

3. Operations Supervisor: Responsible for all stores and pick-up points within the region, supervise the implementation of operating standards, control store cleaning and sanitation, and cooperate with the company's monthly random inspections;

4. Customer complaint handling: Handle customer complaints from the store, respond within 24 hours and complete the handling feedback within 72 hours to maintain brand reputation;

6. Marketing and promotion: Organize store promotion, holiday activities and member recharge preferential activities to enhance customer return rate and member activity;

7. Data-driven optimization: Regularly analyze sales data, pick-up rate, member growth, etc. key indicators, propose optimization suggestions and drive improvement actions.

[Job Requirements]

1. Experience requirement: Have 1 to 3 years of management experience in chain stores or the service industry, familiar with the store operation process and team management methods;

2. Language ability: Fluent Cantonese, able to communicate freely with neighbors, with basic Mandarin and Chinese reading and writing abilities;

3. Personal qualifications: healthy body, no bad habits, good personal hygiene, and holding a valid Hong Kong identity card.

4. Goal management and data analysis awareness: able to precisely control performance indicators, discover problems from data and develop action plans;

5. Excellent customer complaint handling and communication and coordination skills: able to rationally handle customer complaints and internal conflicts under pressure, and build good customer and team relationships;

6. Strong sense of responsibility and execution: strictly abide by attendance rules, actively assume regional management responsibilities, and maintain stable output in a multitasking environment;

7. Learning willingness and adaptability: Familiar with the local Hong Kong market and convenience services industry dynamics, and able to quickly master new business models such as self-pickup points and intelligent devices;

8. Cost control awareness: Have basic financial concepts and effectively control operating costs such as labor and materials.

2. Familiar with the community environment and business district characteristics of Hong Kong Island is preferred.

[Salary and benefits]

1. Monthly salary range is HKD$17,000–$30,000 with no upper limit, and salary can be negotiated based on experience and ability.

2. Generous bonuses, flexible work schedule, and the ability to negotiate according to personal needs.

3. Monthly performance bonus up to HKD 5,000 (linked to operations coordination, team management, and performance goal evaluation);

4. Project bonus up to HKD 3,000 (special evaluation of self-pickup points, such as item pickup rate, member registration, etc.) ;
