Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the market promotion and sales execution of tire, battery, oil and other automotive parts products, through face-to-face visits, telephone communication and online communication to push for performance achievement.

• Proactively develop new customers and expand business networks, regularly plan and execute customer visit trips, deeply understand customer needs, and provide targeted solutions.

• Handle customer daily inquiries, quotation compilation, order follow-up and delivery coordination to ensure smooth and efficient sales process.

• Implement post-purchase service commitments, respond promptly to customer feedback, handle complaints and technical questions, and maintain brand reputation and customer loyalty.

Work requirements

• Sales representatives must have one or more years of relevant industry sales experience; sales managers must have four or more years of automotive parts or industrial products sales experience, and those with team collaboration or project leadership experience are preferred.

• Have good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and be able to switch languages and interact with customers of different backgrounds.

• College education level (advanced diploma or associate degree) above, with a strong interest in the automotive industry, familiar with basic vehicle structure and common wear and tear applications, is especially recommended.

• Working location is at No. 38, Siu Sai Street, Kui Wo, Qiaoxing, with convenient transportation and proximity to Kui Wo Station of the Hong Kong MTR.

• Qualified individuals must be permanent residents of Hong Kong and do not require a company-sponsored work visa.
