Job Description
- Carry out on-site substitute cleaning work in various places in Kowloon or the New Territories (including office buildings, shops, tutorial centers, cinemas, etc.), and report for duty at the designated location according to the company's daily deployment arrangements.
- Responsible for daily basic cleaning operations, covering ground sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping public facility surfaces, cleaning restrooms (including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors and ventilation equipment), tea rooms (including microwaves, refrigerator exteriors, electric kettles and countertops), etc. areas.
- Follow standard procedures to clean up garbage, change garbage bags, ensure that the trash can is clean and odorless, and maintain overall environmental hygiene.
- Adjust daily working hours flexibly according to actual manpower needs, with a normal range of 3 to 8 hours per day; the number of working days per week is determined by the substitute holiday arrangement, usually 3 to 6 working days, and the ability to provide short-term intensive support.
- Have at least 6 months of practical cleaning work experience, familiar with the operation of basic cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and polishers, as well as the safe use of disinfectant water, glass water, and detergent.
- Acceptable non-fixed working location, irregular shift schedule and temporary transfer arrangements, with high flexibility and immediate response ability, and able to complete preparation and reporting within 24 hours after receiving notice.
- Have basic Cantonese listening and speaking skills, be able to understand oral instructions, communicate and coordinate with customers, and clearly report the on-site situation.
- Must arrange for transportation to and from each work location, familiar with the MTR network and major bus routes; those with a valid Hong Kong resident identity card and legal work permit are preferred.
