<p><strong>Working location:</strong>Siu Sai Bay District A-class office building</p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong></p><p>Five-day work week</p><p>Monday to Friday 10AM-7PM / 12PM-9PM Shift work</p><p>Six 10AM-7PM / 11PM-8PM shift work</p><p>Daily/public holidays 10AM-7PM</p><p>Base salary: $13000-15000 (depending on experience), with an additional $1000 attendance bonus and performance bonus</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>Mainly responsible for answering customer inquiries and scheduling their first treatment (through various platforms, WhatsApp or phone)</p><p><strong>Entry Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. Prioritization for those with customer service/Tele-Sales experience</p><p>2. Understand general computer operations, must be familiar with Chinese input method</p><p>3. Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand Mandarin and English</p><p>4. Have good service attitude and communication skills</p><p>5.
