Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall management of the construction site, ensuring that the building and mechanical and electrical engineering are carried out according to plan and meet the relevant standards.

2. Coordinate the cooperation between various professional and technical disciplines, including architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering and other related fields, to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

3. Familiar and follow the document requirements and regulations of the Building Authority, ensure that all construction activities comply with local laws and regulations.

4. Evaluate and control potential risks in the construction process, and develop corresponding preventive measures to reduce project risks.

5. Regularly report to the supervisor or customer on the progress and problems of the project, provide solutions and promote rapid problem resolution.

Requirements:

1. Have more than five years of site management experience with general contractors, familiar with building and mechanical and electrical engineering coordination processes.

2. Have in-depth understanding of the relevant documents and requirements of the Building Department, and be able to handle related administrative affairs and technical issues independently.

3. Have excellent communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively coordinate multiple resources to complete tasks.

4. Proficient in construction risk management skills, able to identify and properly handle factors that may affect project progress or quality.

5. Hold relevant professional qualifications (such as construction safety card) will be given priority, with good English or Cantonese communication skills.
