Responsibilities:

1. Assist the chairman in handling daily administrative and management work, ensure that various affairs are smoothly promoted;

2. Coordinate and arrange the chairman's meetings, itinerary, travel and personal affairs;

3. Responsible for organizing, recording, and following up on board and senior management meetings;

4. Serve as the main communication bridge between the chairman and various departments, external partners and government agencies;

5. Assist in market, industry and capital project data collection and analysis;

6. Represent the chairman to follow up on major projects and important customers, ensure that the project is completed on schedule and reported in a timely manner;

7. Process confidential information and sensitive matters to ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance;

8. Participate in internal and external negotiations and business receptions at the chairman's direction;

9. Daily maintenance of the chairman's club, including cleaning of the tea table, dining table, and cigar bar;

10. Complete other special and temporary tasks assigned by the chairman.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, finance, economics, accounting or related professional background is preferred;

2. Hong Kong securities company work experience is preferred, Morgan Stanley, Morgan Stanley and other well-known financial institutions are preferred;

3. Have strong confidentiality awareness, service awareness and team cooperation awareness, and those who have experience in executive assistant work will be given priority;

4. Familiar with Hong Kong's business environment and basic corporate governance norms;

5. Outstanding organizational, coordination and time management skills, able to cope with high pressure and changing work environments;

6. Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, WeChat, WhatsApp, etc., various computer office software and mobile applications;

7. Fluent Cantonese, fluent Mandarin (must), fluent English is preferred;

8. Good image, good temperament, and affinity, those who can start work immediately will be given priority;
