(Intern) Business Assistant<br><br>Job Responsibilities <br>Assist the team in completing daily tasks, including learning property information, analyzing customer needs, and handling related documents. <br>Learn and master company business knowledge, provide professional consulting services to customers. <br>Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, proactively following up on customer feedback, and improving overall customer satisfaction. <br>Participate in market research activities, collect market information, and analyze data to support sales strategy formulation. <br>Support the team in executing various promotional activities to ensure that sales targets are achieved smoothly.<br><br>Work requirements <br>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to quickly adapt to the sales work environment. <br>Passionate about the sales industry, with a sincere attitude and polite style, and willing to continue learning about business knowledge. <br>Familiar with basic office software operations, understand online social media and mobile applications, and have basic data processing and analysis abilities.<br>Able to withstand work pressure, with good stress resistance and high execution efficiency. <br>Applicants must be at least 18 years old, with secondary school graduation or above, and those with similar industry experience will be given priority.
