Job Description
Project Assistant
Job Responsibilities
Assist in following up on the company's various business and project arrangements
Responsible for organizing project documents, files, and related records
Coordinate internal team and partner communication work
Follow up on project progress and assist with handling daily affairs
Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports and data analysis
Update and maintain project-related databases
Support department daily operations and administrative work
Complete other work assignments assigned by the supervisor
Position requirements
Grade Six or above / DSE qualification
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Work attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and execution ability
Have good time management skills
Familiar with basic computer operations and Office software applications
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them on time
Applicants with administrative, project support or relevant experience are preferred
