Duties: (Note: Shenzhen recruitment interview, base Hong Kong)

1. Based on the city's operating goals, responsible for solidifying the operating foundation, through reasonable investment, deployment of resources, cost and risk control, ensuring healthy resource use, and improving overall resource efficiency.

2. Customer-centric, respond promptly to customer needs and provide operational solutions to ensure the improvement of end-to-end service quality and continuously enhance user perception.

3. Coordinate and mobilize resources, monitor operating indicators, promptly identify abnormalities, and respond and solve them;

5. According to the company's sales task goals, decompose the goals, allocate them to the team, set weekly and monthly goals;

6. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for your department, and track progress. Conduct regular process reviews and audits;

7. Continuously improve team sales and operational skills, and build a solid talent pipeline;

Qualifications for employment

1. Bachelor's degree or above, local work experience in Hong Kong;

2. Have strong data analysis and prediction abilities, and be sensitive to the evaluation data of the regions under your jurisdiction;

3. Have at least 3 years of sales team and operations team management experience;

4. Have logistics industry, Internet, new retail, community e-commerce industry company project promotion experience;

5. At least lead a sales team of 50 people or more, and a functional team of 10 people or more
