Main responsibilities

1.Compliance and reporting

• Ensure all transactions comply with Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department MSO regulations and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements .

• Prepare regular cash flow reports to the compliance team and management.

• Monitor suspicious transactions and file a suspicious transaction report (STR) as required.

2.KYC/CDD customer management

• Participate in KYC/Due Diligence (CDD) of customer fund accounts to ensure that the source of customer funds is legal.

• Cooperate with the compliance department to review customer transaction patterns and ensure that fund operations comply with established policies.

3.Other duties

• Assist in developing and optimizing processes related to compliance.

• Participate in and assist in risk management to ensure the stable operation of the business.

• Assist in applying for finance licenses

Job requirements

1.Educational background

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, economics or related fields preferred.

2.Work experience

• More than 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, banking, payment industry or MSO.

• Familiar with MSO account management, Anti Money Laundering (AML), compliance requirements, etc.

3.Skill requirements

• Familiar with KYC, AML and other compliance processes and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external regulatory agencies.

4.Other requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (able to communicate with banks, customers, and customs).

• Hong Kong permanent resident status is preferred .

• Possess good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.

主要職責

• 參與及協助內部審計及風險管理，確保業務穩健運行。

任職要求

1.教育背景

• 本科及以上學歷，財務、金融、經濟或相關專業優先。

2.工作經驗

• 3年以上金融、銀行、支付行業或MSO相關工作經驗。

• 熟悉MSO賬戶管理、反洗錢（AML）、合規（Compliance）等要求。

• 有銀行、支付公司或金融機構的客戶資金管理經驗優先。

3.技能要求

• 熟悉KYC、AML等合規流程及監管要求。

• 優秀的溝通能力，能夠與內部團隊及外部監管機構高效協作。

4.其他要求

• 粵語、普通話、英語流利（能與銀行、客戶、海關進行業務溝通）。

• 香港永久居民身份優先。

• 具備良好的職業道德及團隊合作精神。

Salary:
