<p>The challenge is to:</p><ul><li><p>Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the team.</p></li><li><p>Schedule and organize meetings and appointments, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain organized filing systems and records and assist in the preparation and creation of reports and presentations.</p></li><li><p>Perform data analysis to provide insights supporting decision-making processes.</p></li><li><p>Oversee office supplies and inventory.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.</p></li><li><p>Perform additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Do you have experience in Administration?</strong></p><ul><li><p>Higher Diploma or above/passed five subjects in the HKCEE/HKDSE</p><p>(Must include Chinese, Maths/English, Maths)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with good time management and detail-mindfulness.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills, and a good teammate with ability to work independently.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skill, flexibility and adaptability.</p></li></ul>
