Job Description Work Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality teppanyaki dishes in accordance with restaurant standards

  • Perform live cooking demonstrations in front of guests

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and teppanyaki stations

  • Manage food inventory and minimize waste

  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver excellent dining experiences

  • Prepare and cook high-quality teppanyaki dishes according to restaurant standards

  • Provide customers with on-site teppanyaki cooking performance

  • Ensure food quality, plating, and sanitation standards meet requirements

  • Keep the kitchen and teppanyaki work area clean and tidy

  • Manage food inventory and reduce waste

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to provide a high-quality dining experience

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in teppanyaki or Japanese cuisine

  • Skilled in knife handling and live cooking performance

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
