Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk
• Answering the phone and handling customer inquiries, processing reservations
• Greet guests and handle check-in or check-out registration work
• Provide professional concierge services to maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
• A little bit of computer operations and hotel front desk work experience is preferred
• Active and proactive work attitude, good at communication, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm. Attention to details
• Able to read and write Chinese, speak fluent Cantonese, understand Mandarin and be able to understand and speak English
Working hours:
• Daily include 1 hour of paid mealtime
Monthly salary: $18,000 - $20,000 (salary and position depending on work experience)
