What you will be doing:

• All round human resources functions including recruitment, training and development, engagement, C&B, Offboarding procedure

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle, adopt professional interview, offering processes, orientation as well as on-boarding arrangement

• Support monthly payroll (including 713, public holiday, bonus calculation), final payment

• Support annual tax administration (IR56E, IR56F, IR56B, IR56M etc)

• Support overall administration duties and general office administration of the company

• Provide support on ad hoc projects as assigned

What you need for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years working experience primarily in the area of HR or equivalent; preferred in IT industry

• Self-motivated, positive, well-organized, independent and demonstrate as a good team player

• Good knowledge in HR practices, employment ordinance & related legal regulatory in HK

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Chinese

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant

Working Location & Hours:

Hong Kong Science Park

5-day work, 10:00 – 19:00 (Lunch hour 13:45 – 15:00)
