Job Description

• Respond to client inquiries and provide effective solutions.

• Investigate and resolve issues, problems, and complaints.

• Provide high-quality services to clients and stakeholders.

• Perform administrative tasks related to daily operations.

• Maintain knowledge of best practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Efficiently set up and manage client accounts.

• Support effective management of client relationships.

• Learn, document, and maintain information and processes related to client accounts.

• Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of client accounts.

Requirements:

• N2 Japanese proficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
