Job Description
52TOYS was established in 2015 and is a Chinese toy brand with international influence. It has its own original IP images, including "BEASTBOX (Beast Box)" , "KIMMY&MIKI", "Super Activation", "Lucky Astronaut" and many other product series. IP derivatives include "Disney Princess", "Frozen", "Predator", "The Avengers", "Alien", "Cherry Blossom Schoolgirl", "Crayon Shin-chan", "King of Glory", "Wu Huang Wan Shui", "Luo Xiaohei" and others.
Working hours:
Store operating hours 6:30.am-11:30.pm, 9h shift, including 1h break
Job Description:
Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and drive key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in managing store employees' schedules, training, and daily supervision
Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints and VIP follow-up
Supervise store displays, inventory counts, and cash management
Ensure the store is operated in accordance with company policies and Hong Kong regulations
Entry Requirements:
Grade Six or above
3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English
Familiar with POS systems and basic Excel operations
Shift work is required (including weekends and public holidays)
