<p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>1. Responsible for archiving employee information, filling out and entering employee contracts;</p> <p>2. Execute daily payment and bank receipt requirements to ensure all income and expenses are correctly and uniformly recorded, process invoices and statement of accounts in a timely manner, and back up related files;</p> <p>3. Assist with monthly financial work, complete the payment verification, salary payment, MPF application, etc.;</p> <p>4. Process the end-of-month accounting and prepare monthly project records, sort out the corresponding files and give them to the accountant for reconciliation;</p> <p>5. Follow up and complete the financial/administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>1. Relevant accounting/financial work experience, familiar with Hong Kong corporate payroll, MPF contributor is preferred;</p> <p>2. Able to use Excel fluently;</p> <p>3. Good at communication, serious and responsible in work, flexible and attentive;</p> <p>Working hours:</p> <p>Monday to Friday (8:00-18:00, 1.5 hours for lunch), no attendance no overtime</p> <p>Others: Provide employee medical insurance, year-end bonuses, team building trips, etc. as benefits.</p>
