Job Description
- Assist in handling daily business affairs of property sales, including customer reception, telephone consultation and customer data sorting and follow-up.
- Assist in pushing forward the buying and selling process, including helping customers fill out a purchase intention form, a temporary sales and purchase agreement (LOI/TSA), arranging mortgage consultation and referral to a law firm for the following stages.
- Support sales managers and senior colleagues in their work assignments, participate in property promotion activities, exhibition and sales support and market trend briefing.
- Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Cantonese communication skills, understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
- Have good service awareness and affinity, be patient in responding to different types of customer needs, and have basic persuasion and coordination skills.
- Actively and positively, strong sense of responsibility, able to cooperate with the team rhythm, and maintain stable performance under high pressure.
- Must hold a valid Hong Kong identity card and be able to start work immediately; no criminal record, honest and trustworthy, respecting customer privacy and company operating secrets.
