<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> • Act as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the office, resolving escalated and intricate service requests with professionalism.</p><p> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve the issue based on client's request.</p><p> • Analyze and address systemic or process-related challenges reported by clients, proposing actionable solutions.</p><p> • Provide backup support for investment hotline inquiries and digital platform services.</p><p> • Efficiently complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p> • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance or related field.</p><p> • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in banking services.</p><p> • Multitasking proficiency across physical, telephonic, and digital service channels.</p><p> • Resilient under pressure with exceptional conflict de-escalation skills.</p><p> • Trilingual proficiency: Cantonese (native), English (fluent), Mandarin (business level).</p><p> • Certified HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 holder preferred.</p><p></p><p>Applicants who are not invited for an interview within the 8 weeks after submission of application may assume their applications unsuccessful.
