I. Education:Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Science and Technology.
II.Professional skills:
1. Proficient in at least one type of RF test equipment, such as the Agilent N9000A spectrum analyzer, by thoroughly understanding RF test principles and methods;
2. Familiar with C#, Python, Matlab and Labview programming language, with the ability to write automated test scripts and achieve test process automation;
3. Understand the working principle and application of the RF front-end chip module, master the basic method of passive circuit design and simulation, and be familiar with at least one circuit design and simulation software such as ADS, HFSS, etc.
Three,Work experience requirements:
1. Have more than 8 years of electronic device testing or related field work experience, including at least 4 years of radio frequency (RF) testing work experience.
2. Prioritization of hardware development and debugging experience on large platforms such as Qualcomm, MTK, Spreadtrum, etc., with a good understanding of the hardware architecture, interface specifications and development processes of the relevant platforms.
3. Candidates with mobile phone RF testing experience and autonomous driving technology research or project management experience are preferred; those who have worked as technical support staff in semiconductor or chip companies are also preferred.
Four. Project experience requirement:
1. Participated in at least 2 complete mobile phone RF testing projects, responsible for developing test plans, executing test processes, analyzing test data and proposing improvement suggestions;
2. Or have participated in at least 1 unmanned driving scene design or algorithm test project, and assume key technical positions in the project; or have led at least 1 radio frequency front-end chip module import mobile phone technical support project, and have solved key technical problems in the project implementation process.
