<p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li><p>Responsible for image management (including daily management, inspection, and maintenance of display, plants, artwork, lighting, window displays, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Responsible for employee image management (including training and daily management of employee makeup, attire, hairstyles, etiquette, etc., to ensure compliance with brand image standards).</p></li><li><p>Assist with daily customer service and sales. </p></li><li><p>Responsible for or assisting with important customer reception. </p></li><li><p>Responsible for handling customer complaints. </p></li><li><p>Responsible for supervising store customer service standards and processes; assisting the customer service department in implementing corrective measures for customer service issues. </p></li></ul><p>Requirements: </p><ul><li><p>Associate's degree or above </p></li><li><p>At least five years of experience in customer service. Prefer working experience as a Flight/Cabin Attendant and supervisory role </p></li><li><p>Outgoing personality, friendly demeanour, and presentable appearance; </p></li><li><p>Strong service awareness, approachable personality, and excellent communication and coordination skills</p></li></ul>
