<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><ul><li><p>The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for managing business performance metrics of Hill’s online brand store, developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and consumer conversion across all retail channels (both online and offline). </p></li><li><p>This role requires close collaboration with the Brand Team and Customer Development teams to ensure alignment in goals, a cohesive brand message, and an enhanced pet parent experience. </p></li><li><p>Create and manage targeted consumer campaigns leveraging retailer partner membership databases through various digital channels such as email and social media. </p></li><li><p>Utilize marketing platforms and automation tools to streamline lead generation processes and personalize consumer interactions. As a key player in driving digital transformation internally and externally, the Demand Generation Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Hill’s digital presence.</p></li></ul><p><br>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and consumer conversion across all retail channels.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Brand Team and Customer Development teams to align goals, ensure a consistent brand message, and enhance pet parent experience.</p></li><li><p>Create and manage targeted consumer campaigns using retailer partners' membership databases via digital channels including email, social media, etc.</p></li><li><p>Leverage marketing platforms and automation tools to optimize lead generation and personalize consumer engagement.</p></li><li><p>Lead internal and external digital transformation initiatives to improve customer insights and operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Plan and manage P&L for Hill’s online brand store, ensuring achievement of financial and business performance metrics.</p></li><li><p>Implement e-commerce strategies to boost online sales growth and maximize traffic through optimization of performance media.</p></li><li><p>Analyze daily sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in business performance and customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Design shopper programs based on shopper behavior analysis, journey mapping, and optimized trade touchpoints to increase conversion rates.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with HKTVMall buying and marketing teams on Shopper Program Planning and Development.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Marketing and Professional Vet Affairs team for content creation and campaign execution.</p></li><li><p>Partner with external customers in Joint Business Planning (JBP) to develop mutually beneficial membership programs.</p></li><li><p>Manage POSM planning and coordination across retail channels.</p></li><li><p>Guide media and agency partners in improving media efficiency through best practices and continuous optimization.</p></li><li><p>Test and learn creative assets, audience settings, and media objectives to expand reach and grow purchase intent and conversions.</p></li><li><p>Design and monitor campaign performance tracking templates, conduct A/B testing to optimize ROI.</p></li><li><p>Analyze campaign outcomes and report key metrics to stakeholders; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and operations.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on shopper trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct field visits, consumer immersions, and data analysis to deepen understanding of brand and market dynamics.</p></li></ul><p><br>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, and Shopper Marketing, preferably in Demand Generation roles.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with marketing automation tools, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital analytics tools.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in the pet food industry is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in HKTVMall eCommerce Management, Facebook Business Manager, and Social Ads.</p></li><li><p>Digital-savvy with a good understanding of eCommerce dynamics.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese processing software.</p></li><li><p>Ability to adapt strategies based on data insights and changing market conditions.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives within a matrixed organization.</p></li><li><p>Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage stressful situations effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.</p></li><li><p>Customer-centric approach focused on solving broader consumer issues and enhancing overall experience.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in identifying commercial opportunities and making fact-based recommendations to drive business growth.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively across departments, channels, and categories to align priorities and optimize resources.</p></li><li><p>Highly motivated, innovative, and willing to experiment with new ideas and approaches.</p></li><li><p>Pet ownership experience is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Immediate availability is preferred.</p></li></ul>
