Duties include:

1. System architecture and technical planning

   Responsible for autonomous driving system architecture design, technology roadmap selection, sensor solution (Camera/Radar/LiDAR), computing platform and software architecture planning.

2. Algorithm development and optimization

   LeadPerception / Fusion / Localization / High-precision map / Prediction / Planning / ControlDesign, development, verification, and performance improvement of any module algorithm.

3. System integration and vehicle tuning

   Responsible for autonomous driving software and hardware integration, ECU/Domain Controller integration, vehicle interface calibration, actuator coordination, and ensuring system stability and safety.

4. Test verification and mass production delivery

   Build a scene library, testing system, simulation testing, closed site / open road testing; responsible for problem localization, debugging, acceptance and mass production release.

5. Data and toolchain construction

   Responsible for data collection, cleaning, annotation, and closed-loop training; building simulation platforms, data platforms, toolchains, and automated testing systems.

6. Functional safety and information security

   Follow ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc. process standards to ensure system safety, fault monitoring, redundancy design, and automotive compliance.

7. Technical pre-research and competitive product analysis

Job Requirements

1. Basic conditions

   Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, electronics, automatic control, machine learning, vehicle engineering, etc. related fields;

   5 years or aboveAutonomous driving/ADAS R&D experience, withMass production vehicle delivery experience.

2. Professional skills

• Proficient in C/C++/Python, familiar with Linux, ROS, ROS2, CyberRT, etc. development environment

• Deeply master at least one of the following fields:

  ・Perception (Camera/Radar/LiDAR detection, segmentation, tracking, fusion)

  ・Positioning and mapping (GNSS/IMU/LiDAR/Visual positioning)

  ・Prediction, decision, planning, control

  ・High-resolution maps, scene libraries, and simulation platforms

• Familiar with vehicle dynamics, CAN/CAN FD, vehicle Ethernet, and vehicle interfaces

• Familiar with ISO 26262, ASPICE, functional safety concepts are particularly good

1. Project experience

   L2+/L3/L4Grade intelligent driving system development or mass production;

   Have system integration, problem-solving, and mass production error elimination experience.

2. Soft power

   Logical rigor, strong systems thinking, and independent solving of complex problems;
