Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for network alarm monitoring, timely detection and handling of abnormal situations, and ensuring network stability.

2. Respond quickly to customer complaints and provide professional technical support and after-sales service.

3. Regularly check network infrastructure, optimize system performance, and reduce failure rate.

4. Maintain office software environment (such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.), ensuring smooth internal communication within the organization.

5. Assist in completing the relevant technical file sorting and archiving work, and improve the team's work efficiency.

Requirements:

2. Familiar with network infrastructure, understand basic network principles, and those with banking industry background will be given priority.

3. At least one year of network maintenance or after-sales service experience, able to independently handle common technical problems.

4. Strong language skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English reading, listening and written communication (such as email communication).

5. Have good learning abilities and team spirit, and be able to adapt to a certain amount of work pressure and emergency task requirements.
