Job Responsibilities:

• Completely responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the Hong Kong and Macao region, leading business expansion strategies, and ensuring that annual and medium-term operating goals are steadily achieved;

• From scratch or optimize and upgrade the regional team structure, coordinate the localization design, promotion and implementation of bank, insurance, telecommunications, government and enterprise, etc. Key industry solutions;

• Deeply maintain existing strategic customer relationships and systematically explore new high-potential large customers, leading key business negotiations and cooperation agreement signings;

• Build a localized delivery and service system that meets the unique characteristics of the Hong Kong and Macao markets, covering project management, technical support, customer success, and service quality monitoring, and continuously improving NPS and brand credibility;

• More than 10 years of high-level management experience in the ToB field (with a focus on financial technology, business services, and ICT industries), with cross-departmental collaboration and multi-line business integration achievements;

• Have at least one complete success case from scratch to build a regional team, establish a channel network, achieve market breakthrough, and achieve profitability;

• Have sharp strategic thinking and a global perspective, be good at identifying market opportunities, evaluating business risks, and integrating internal and external resources to form executable paths;
