Job Responsibilities

• Completely responsible for the overall architecture design, system development and global maintenance of the company's AI-based travel technology platform, building a highly available, scalable and secure technical foundation, and ensuring the stable operation and excellent performance of the company's official website, APP, mini program and external API systems in multiple regions, multiple languages and high-concurrency scenarios.

  Plan and promote the construction of AI technology system, including model selection (self-research / fine-tuning / third-party models), data annotation and governance system, model training and inference architecture, A/B testing and effect evaluation mechanism, ensuring AI capabilities can be sustainably iterated and deeply integrated with actual tourism business.

  Push for deep cooperation with international cloud service and AI infrastructure suppliers (such as AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud International Station, etc.), design cloud architecture that supports AI training and global inference, plan multi-region node and edge computing deployment strategy, and improve cross-border data transmission efficiency, model response speed and system stability.

  Responsible for the technical architecture design and integration of cross-border payment and settlement systems, supporting multiple payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, AlipayHK, PayPal, and cross-border RMB, ensuring that the system fully meets the high security and reliability requirements of Hong Kong and international financial supervision and compliance.

  Establish a complete security and privacy protection system that covers AI models, data assets, and business systems, ensuring that the platform meets the requirements of GDPR, the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and the Chinese Cybersecurity Law in the entire AI data collection, training, inference, and storage process.

  Lead the technical route exploration of "Web3+AI Travel Economic Platform", study the combination mode of blockchain, smart contract, digital identity, AI recommendation, content generation, credit evaluation, etc., and promote the pilot landing of innovative travel products and new business models.

  As the core bridge between technology and business, we deeply understand the tourism industry's operating logic and user needs, promote the practical application of AI technology in product design, operating efficiency improvement, user experience optimization and revenue growth, and ensure that technical investment has clear business value.

  Responsible for the organization and talent development of the technical team and the AI team, building an internationalized technical team with AI engineering capabilities, agile development experience, cross-border collaboration capabilities, and high-availability system operation capabilities.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence-related work experience, and multinational corporate work background.

• At least 8 years of internet technology architecture and development experience, with at least 5 years of AI industry development experience.

• Proficient in the application of artificial intelligence technology in the tourism scene, with practical experience in implementing intelligent recommendations, dynamic pricing, path planning, etc. algorithm models.

• Have data security governance and compliance implementation background, familiar with ISO27001, GDPR, etc. standards, and have practical experience in cross-border data flow management.

• Have excellent skills in writing technical documents in Chinese and English and in cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and have led a technical team of more than 30 people.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and business insight, able to drive technology innovation and business model combination, achieve sustainable product and service breakthroughs.
