<p>Vie Plus Pilates Studio is looking for a results-driven and motivated Front Desk & Sales Operations Executive! If you excel not only in customer service but also have a passion for identifying sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and contributing creative ideas to energize our studio, you are the perfect candidate we want to partner with!</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Active Sales & Revenue Generation: Proactively handle course inquiries, identify customer needs, effectively promote courses and membership packages, and close sales to directly contribute studio revenue growth.</p><p>- Customer Relationship & Renewal Management: Systematically track membership and package expirations, initiate follow-ups via phone and messaging to secure renewals and repeat business.</p><p>- Business Operations & Strategic Planning: Participate monthly in planning marketing initiatives or promotional campaigns (e.g., workshops, themed events, partnership promotions) to explore new customer channels and enhance brand visibility.</p><p>- Front Desk Operations: Manage customer reception, course bookings, phone inquiries, and daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.</p><p></p><p><strong>We Are Looking For:</strong></p><p>- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or retail with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets;</p><p>- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and successfully close deals;</p><p>- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible, with the ability to systematically manage and track the customer lifecycle;</p><p>- Good planning skills and the creativity to propose innovative ideas and promotional angles to attract new customers;</p><p>- Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for sales communication;</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for customer data management;</p><p>- Experience in fitness, Pilates, or the service industry is a plus; personal interest in wellness is highly preferred.</p><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>- Competitive compensation package (base salary + sales commission/bonus), your earnings are directly tied to your performance;</p><p>- A core role in a positive and dynamic team—your ideas and contributions will directly impact the studio’s success;</p><p>- Ample opportunities for personal growth, involvement in multiple aspects of studio operations, and gaining valuable experience.</p><p></p><p>We look forward to hearing how you can help grow our studio!</p><p></p><p>*Vie Plus Pilates Studio is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
