<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide all-round comprehensive affairs services to the boss and his family, accurately plan and properly arrange their various trips and affairs in Hong Kong.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for family management, regular maintenance and arranging the daily work of household helpers and drivers.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the effective management of the company's assets and the boss's family assets, ensuring asset safety and reasonable use.</p></li><li><p>Handle administrative reception work, including important customer reception, event planning, etc., and be responsible for related hotel reservations and coordination matters.</p></li><li><p>Full responsibility for the administrative affairs of the Hong Kong company, ensuring that the office environment runs efficiently and orderly.</p></li><li><p>Assist the domestic headquarters of human resources department to carry out part of the work, such as assisting in personnel recruitment, maintaining employee relations, etc.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Must be a Hong Kong local resident or hold a Hong Kong work identity, with fluent Mandarin, English, and Cantonese communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, welcome fresh graduates.</p></li><li><p>Have assistant or administrative related job experience, familiar with related work processes.</p></li><li><p>Active and proactive in work, with excellent planning and coordination skills and team spirit, and able to handle all kinds of complex affairs efficiently.</p></li></ul>
