2. Lead large-scale mass production projects, coordinate capacity planning, production scheduling, delivery control, and risk warning, ensuring timely, stable, and low-cost delivery of overseas orders;
3. Deeply integrate with the top ODM factories and consumer electronics giants to control the supply chain resources, lead the product sampling, trial production, mass production ramp-up, and engineering change (ECN) management, and solve the core problems of technology, quality, and delivery time in mass production;
4. Responsible for supply chain cost optimization, implementing BOM cost control, procurement negotiation, process cost reduction, and improving overall supply chain gross margin;
5. Build a quality control system, establish standards for incoming materials, processes, and finished products, handle customer complaints, quality abnormalities, and returns, and ensure compliance and reputation;
6. Interface with logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and collaborate with business to complete market demand prediction, inventory turnover management, and reduce stockouts and obsolescence risks;
7. Build a supply chain team and process system, develop SOPs, and connect the R&D, product, and sales ends to improve the efficiency of the entire demand-R&D-supply chain-delivery process.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, supply chain management, industrial engineering, etc., with at least 5 years of supply chain management experience in the consumer electronics industry;
2. Core background requirements: Have core position experience in the supply chain of consumer electronics giants, ODM/OEM manufacturers, deeply understand the logic of consumer electronics supply chain, factory operation mode, ODM cooperation process;
3. Have a complete success in large-scale mass production of consumer electronics, familiar with the whole process of mass production ramp-up, capacity coordination, quality control, and delivery assurance;
4. Proficient in the consumer electronics supply chain (smart hardware / small appliances / 3C accessories / wearable devices, etc. in any direction) , with supplier development and management, BOM cost control, production process management, quality control capabilities;
5. Familiar with overseas product-related compliance requirements (CE/FCC/ROHS), overseas delivery, basic logistics and customs clearance logic, overseas brand supply chain experience is preferred;
6. Have project coordination, cross-departmental collaboration, risk prediction and problem-solving abilities, and be able to independently respond to mass production emergencies, capacity tightness, quality abnormalities, etc.;
