- According to customer needs, continuous follow-up and adjustment of wealth management and insurance strategies
- Have financial planning or related field professional knowledge
- Preference will be given to those with relevant financial or insurance professional qualifications
- Have good communication skills and customer service awareness
- Independent work ability, able to effectively manage personal work schedule
