Job Description
* Solicit sales for the Hotel through any other organizations
* Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing Budget.
* Monitor accounts revenue and business production.
* To make sales calls on accounts within specific markets.
* Reviews and conducts regular research on potential markets needs coverage.
* Keep updated with client relationships, overall business goals and conduct site inspection.
* Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major markets through direct sales, telephone, email and written communications.
* Follow up and handle all aspects of Familiarization / special groups including enquiry, coordination and execution thereof.
* Attends major corporate functions and promotional events for the hotel.
Job requirements
* Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
* Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in hotel or tourism industry
* Self-motivated and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well organized and detail-minded with strong sales techniques
* A proactive and responsible team player and able to meeting tight deadline
* Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin.
* Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
