<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Oversee end-to-end delivery of business projects, ensuring outcomes align with strategic goals, including the following:</p><p>· Define project objective and scope; implement business and operating models. </p><p>· Establish project timeline and define key project milestones.</p><p>· Ensure proper change control as the project proceeds</p><p>· Establish project structureand define key roles & responsibilities</p><p>· Establish standard templates / tools and the corresponding mechanism for effective tracking of project risks / issues / actions</p><p>2. Provide advice on process improvement / automation / AI application opportunitiesif any.</p><p>3. Partner with business stakeholdersand clientsto identify challenges, translate requirements into solutions, and guide delivery withthe client facingteams.</p><p>4. Drive Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and resolve them through process redesign, automation, or system enhancements.</p><p>5. Monitor the performance of all vendors across the group and provide measurable scores to the vendors.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· University degree in Business or other relevant disciplines</p><p>· At least 6 years of demonstrable experience as a hands-on business project.</p><p>· Strong planning, organisational, analytical and communication skills</p><p>· Good understanding of business operations in Mainland China</p><p>· Understanding of AI tools in project management will be an advantage</p><p>· Effective communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin</p><p>· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work autonomously</p>
