[Job description]

1. Act as the primary contact for enterprise customer inquiries related to security compliance and privacy, providing accurate and timely responses.

2. Assist in handling audit requests from enterprise customers, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.

3. Develop and maintain FAQ resources and other customer-facing documents related to security compliance and privacy.

4. Lead the independent assessment with reference to the industry standards and supervisory guidelines for SEA, e.g., financial industry, public sector, etc..

5. Collaborate with business team to advise the compliance solutions and best practice for the highly regulated industry enterprise customers for address their security and privacy compliance requirements.

6. Drive the risk and gap remediation from security and privacy compliance perspective with reference to the industry requirements of the highly regulated industry of SEA.

7. Collect and analyse the emerging trends and changes in privacy regulations and security standards in SEA, lead the impact analysis and form the compliance advice and solutions.

[Job Qualification]

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in information security or computer related in well-known universities at home and abroad is preferred;

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology risk or compliance advisory roles. Experience in the financial industry's regulatory compliance is a plus.

3. Good communication skills, it is a must to use English and Mandarin as the working language (including both spoken and written), Bahasa is a plus.

4. Familiar with international risk management and security standards, frameworks, and methodologies. （ISO27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, etc.）

5. Have foundamental knowledge of cloud technologies, Alibaba Cloud ACA/ACP/ACE certified is a plus.

6. Demonstrate initiative and capability to monitor new standards from regulatory and standards organizations and integrate these into practice.

7. Practical experience in implementing standards and regulatory requirements and remediate the compliance gaps.

8. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and display creativity and problem-solving skills.

9. Willingness to travel occasionally.
