Job Responsibilities:

2. Conduct store inspections to identify operational pain points, provide on-the-spot guidance and corrective action, and supervise store food safety, materials control, and equipment maintenance to reduce operating costs.

5. Handle sudden problems and customer complaints in the store, improve the tea bar's operating SOP, and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth and unified operations of all stores.

7. Assist in the new product launch support in the region, including film shooting, live broadcast and sales data collection.

8. Assist in the pre-opening calibration of new stores in the region, and determine the taste standard of opening products.

Work requirements:

1. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in supervising a chain tea brand, familiar with the logic of tea beverage operations, and those with experience in a well-known chain tea bar are preferred.

2. Proficient in restaurant/cafe operation standardization management, with strong skills in store inspections, staff training, and problem solving.

3. Familiar with tea beverage food safety regulations, have good data analysis, cost control and cross-departmental coordination abilities.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, strong communication and coordination skills, and able to adapt to the door-to-door inspection work.

5. Cantonese can be used as a working language

Salary:

Full-time: $24,000 - $32,000 monthly salary

Working hours: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (including 1 hour for meals)
