Responsibilities
Take charge of the promotion of the company's SaaS products in Hong Kong and global markets, formulate and execute innovative promotion strategies through various marketing channels to enhance the product's popularity, market share and revenue among small and medium-sized B - end users.
Optimize media buying for user acquisition (UA) and re-marketing campaigns to enhance ROI efficiency, while monitoring and controlling marketing budget allocations and campaign timelines.
Operate and manage the company's accounts on mainstream local social media platforms in Hong Kong (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), plan and execute creative social media marketing campaigns to attract potential customers' attention, expand brand outreach and engagement, and increase fan interaction and activity.
Have an in-depth understanding of the needs of small and medium-sized B - end users in Hong Kong and global markets, combine with the product features, write attractive promotional copies, product introduction materials, etc., and accurately convey the product value.
Collaborate with the product team to implement daily digital tactics effectively, ensuring that promotion activities are aligned with product development.
Manage relationships with advertising partners and agency accounts, establish good cooperation, expand promotion channels and enhance brand influence.
Conduct regular data analysis, market research and reporting to derive actionable insights, optimize promotion strategies and social media operation plans, and utilize analytical and data-driven insights to support brand growth and achieve KPIs.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing firm (Preferably in Technology or Startups industries with stable working background), with prior experience in promoting SaaS products in Hong Kong being preferred.
Familiar with the local and global market environment in Hong Kong, understand the consumption habits and Internet usage characteristics of small and medium-sized B - end users, and have an in-depth understanding of local and global Internet promotion channels in Hong Kong.
Possess excellent copywriting skills, be fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese, Cantonese, with outstanding proficiency in written and spoken Putonghua, and be able to write high-quality promotional content in these languages.
Strong experience in digital marketing platforms (Meta ads, Google ads, Apple Search Ads, DSP, etc.), social media management, automation tools, ASO, SEO, data tracking, and Google Analytics.
Be proficient in using various social media operation tools and data analysis tools, and be able to make effective operational decisions based on data.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills; detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
Have good teamwork spirit, be proactive in work, and have strong execution and adaptability.
