Client Relations Consultant

Flexible / Hybrid Arrangement

Role Overview

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Understand client needs and provide basic product information

• Introduce suitablefinancial planning solutionsunder team guidance

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on requests

• Support company promotions, family programs, and ad-hoc projects

Job Responsibilities

• Through phone, email and face-to-face communication, properly handle customer inquiries, and provide professional and timely responses

• Proactively understand customer needs, provide basic product information and initial support, and assist customers in grasping the service content

• Under team guidance, introduce suitable financial planning and investment solutions to customers, enhance their understanding and trust in the service

• Accurately record customer information and interaction details, ensure data integrity and timely completion of follow-up work

• Co-ordinate and promote company-held promotional activities, parent-child experience projects, and other temporary projects to enhance customer participation and brand experience

Requirements

• HKCEE or HKDSE and above;fresh graduates are welcome

• Good communication skills, outgoing personality, and ability to build stable client relationships

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learnfinancial planning knowledge and service processes

• Proficiency in Cantonese; Mandarin and English are an advantage

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in common office software

Work requirements

• HKCEE or HKDSE and above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Have good communication skills, outgoing personality, and enjoy interacting with others to build stable customer relationships

• Active and proactive, sense of responsibility, and willing to learn financial planning related knowledge and service processes

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese; those who understand Mandarin and English will be given priority
