Responsible for completing recruitment and training, establishing employment channels and talent reserves;</p><p>2. Responsible for employee insurance, MPF, tax declaration, etc. External affairs handling;</p><p>3. Responsible for the company's employee onboarding, resignation, probation evaluation, etc. personnel changes;</p><p>4. Responsible for the implementation of the company's various management systems and effective supervision and inspection;</p><p>5. Responsible for employee attendance, and assist in completing monthly salary calculations and distribution;</p><p>6. Responsible for company file management: important contracts, documents, employee files, etc.;</p><p>7. Responsible for purchasing company fixed assets, office supplies / consumables, etc., and doing well in asset management, issuance and distribution, etc.;</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, human resources and psychology majors are preferred; those with three years of personnel administration experience are preferred;</p><p>2. Proficient in various office software, fluent in Mandarin;</p><p>3. Familiar with national and local labor and personnel policies and regulations, especially social security and labor relations;</p><p>4.
