**Job Title: Operations Officer**

**Job Responsibilities:

1. **Operational Process Management**

- Responsible for supervising and managing the end-to-end operating process of global wealth management business, including trade execution, portfolio rebalancing and customer onboarding.

- Simplify these processes to reduce human intervention, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve overall efficiency.

- Work with cross-functional teams (such as trading, investment, technology and compliance departments) to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of business activities.

- Identify process improvement opportunities, implement changes in a timely manner, and leverage fintech capabilities to automate repetitive tasks.

- Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators such as transaction processing time, error rate, and customer satisfaction. Through data-driven insights, proactively discover and solve operational issues, and develop strategies to continuously improve performance.

2. **Risk Management and Compliance**

- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant global financial regulations, industry standards and internal policies in wealth management operations.

- Monitor changes in regulations in various jurisdictions and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

- Develop and implement a risk management framework and procedures for identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks, including settlement risk, data security risk and fraud risk.

- Regularly conduct risk assessments and stress tests to evaluate the resilience of our operating processes.

- Collaborate with the compliance team on internal audits and operational process evaluations. Address any compliance deficiencies in a timely manner and work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans.

3. **Customer service and support**

- Contact customers, financial advisors and other stakeholders to understand their business needs and expectations.

- Provide timely and accurate support, resolving operational issues and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

- Ensure high-quality customer service delivery by monitoring and managing customer-facing business processes such as account maintenance, fund transfer, and reporting.

- Work with the customer service team to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Participate in customer-facing initiatives such as product launches and service enhancements to ensure smooth operational implementation and customer adoption.

4. **Technology and System Integration**

- Work closely with the technical team to evaluate, implement and maintain operational systems and technologies related to global wealth management, such as portfolio management systems, trading platforms and data analysis tools.

**Work requirements:**

- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in relevant subjects such as business management, finance, information technology or other related fields.

- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in wealth management or financial services, particularly in operations management, risk management, and technical integration.

- Have a deep understanding of global wealth management business and its related regulations and standards.

- Have excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to extract meaningful insights from data and take action based on them.

- Familiar with financial technology applications and automation tools, able to effectively evaluate and implement new technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with multiple departments.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time and stress management skills.
