About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at DaDong Credit Limited in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. As the first point of contact for our mortgage clients, this full-time role is essential in creating a positive impression and supporting the smooth running of our secured-lending business.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors to the office in a warm and courteous manner

• Answering and screening incoming phone calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments

• Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept tidy and organised at all times

• Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing and data entry

• Assisting with the coordination of properties’ valuation and site visiting

• Handling mail and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner

• Responding to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the mortgage business or secured-lending industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a polite and professional manner

• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

• Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office

• A positive, friendly and proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
