We partner with high-growth enterprises to guide them through complex digital transformations with a consultative approach, offering customized solutions and services for all their business needs, across the entire IT asset life cycle.</p><p>Constant innovation and service excellence continue to position Total IT Global as a Digital Experience Enabler at the leading edge of innovation.</p><p></p><p>Our URL :- <u>https://totalitglobal.com/</u></p><p><strong><br><br>Job Title Onsite</strong></p><p><strong>Language Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>English Speaking</li><li>Local language fluency</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Infrastructure Deployment & Support</strong></p><ul><li>Supports, owns, and addresses day to day IT requests and incidents for users in main office and other EMEA remote sites.</li><li>Coordinates the setup and deployment of network kits, desktop systems, and AV solutions across EMEA offices</li><li>Works closely with Client’s management to provide technical specifications and procurement recommendations for hardware upgrades.</li><li>Supports Network setup, AV, sale setup & streaming infrastructure for offsite sales, with help from other onsite and offshore teams.</li><li>Supports potential other future offsite sales in EMEA.</li><li>Brightsign Boxes</li><li>White Glove Support</li><li>Update and maintain asset database for all supported sites</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Server & Network Management</strong></p><ul><li>Supports server migration/transition projects across EMEA location, ensuring minimal downtime and user disruption.</li><li>Participates in Network projects such as Network kit commissioning/decommissioning efforts with support from other relevant teams.</li><li>Conducts link redundancy tests to validate failover mechanisms and ensure uninterrupted connectivity for Geneva office.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Security & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborates with the security team to ensure desktops connected to Client's network meet compliance standards for monitoring systems.</li><li>Responds to security alerts and conducts virus scans upon request, demonstrating proactive risk mitigation.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Optimisation</strong></p><ul><li>Highlights any optimisation opportunities to Client’s IT management and take action as per agreement from Client’s IT management.</li><li>Engages in mobile platform optimisation efforts, reviewing and approving cost-saving recommendations for Swisscom services.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Collaboration & Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Acts as a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects, liaising with infrastructure managers, data centre teams, Network, infosec, and other Infrastructure towers.</li><li>Provides timely updates and feedback to client’s IT leadership and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on IT initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Vendor Management</strong></p><ul><li>Management of Local Network Providers including but not limited to Swisscom, Canon.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical acumen in server infrastructure, network architecture, and desktop deployment.</li><li>Proficient in project coordination across geographically dispersed teams.</li><li>Adept at troubleshooting, risk assessment, and compliance enforcement.</li><li>Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and attention to operational detail.</li><li>thorough document development and management</li></ul>
