This role is a core position responsible for the full lifecycle management of internal and collaborative projects. You will independently develop docking strategies and implementation plans based on project characteristics and partner backgrounds. Upon receiving general directions from management, you are expected to break down objectives into detailed, itemized action steps and drive all work forward proactively. You report directly to the Operations Manager within a flat organizational structure with clear role responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Task Breakdown
Develop tailored docking solutions and on-site implementation plans according to project requirements and partner profiles. Translate high-level guidelines into structured task lists, action steps and timelines independently. Adjust execution approaches flexibly to adapt to actual project progress.
2. Full Progress Monitoring & Control
Track milestones of all ongoing projects and deliver regular progress reports. Proactively identify risks, delays and bottlenecks, propose solutions and push for resolution. Coordinate with internal teams including Execution, Marketing and Legal to resolve routine operational issues. Escalate critical issues to management together with recommended solutions in a timely manner.
3. Internal & External Liaison
Serve as the primary contact for all external partners and stakeholders. Adjust communication styles and cooperation details flexibly based on each partner’s background. Facilitate cross-team communication internally, align work arrangements and ensure seamless workflow between departments.
4. Contract & Administrative Process Management
Collect cooperation requirements and negotiate basic commercial terms. Manage the entire contract workflow: liaise with parties for revision, coordinate legal review, follow up on approval, stamping and filing. Arrange payment application documents, initiate relevant procedures and track the whole process.
5. Documentation & Ledger Management
Maintain accurate and updated ledgers for projects, partnerships, contracts and pending tasks. Compile meeting minutes, project files and correspondence, and conduct standardized filing to ensure full traceability of all business records.
6. Overall Implementation Delivery
Execute projects in accordance with plans and monitor on-site delivery status. Collaborate with teams to guarantee projects are completed as scheduled.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Diploma or above.
2. Experience: more than 2 years relevant working experience in project coordination, business liaison or implementation planning. Candidates with experience in plan formulation and task decomposition are preferred.
3. Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English for daily communication.
4. Professional Competencies
- Capable of designing independent implementation and docking plans for different projects and partners.
- Strong logical thinking, able to split general directions into clear itemized action lists.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for ledger, document and form production.
- Familiar with basic business liaison and contract administration procedures.
