Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's staffing needs, develop a detailed recruitment plan and be responsible for implementing the recruitment and interview process to ensure that talent supply meets the business development needs.
2. Continuously optimize the recruitment process, follow up on the entire recruitment process, regularly evaluate the recruitment results, and further improve and enhance the company's recruitment system and efficiency.
3. Actively expand diversified recruitment channels, analyze, choose and maintain existing channels to ensure that various recruitment resources can effectively support the talent needs of enterprises.
4. Regularly organize and participate in employee interviews to deeply understand employee attitudes and needs, focus on team stability and organizational culture construction, and strive to reduce employee turnover rate.
5. Coordinate and promote the effective implementation of company HR-related projects at the subsidiary level, ensuring that policies and measures can be implemented and achieve results according to local conditions.

Requirements:


3. Excellent organizational skills, communication and coordination abilities, and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to maintain an efficient work state under pressure.
4. Strong result-oriented awareness, focusing on goal achievement and task execution, and able to complete the predetermined recruitment indicators and other HR-related work within a short period of time.
5. At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the education industry or other related fields is preferred, those familiar with the industry characteristics and talent market conditions are better.
