Job Responsibilities

2. Draft, review, and organize various Chinese and English financial business documents, covering investment bank project briefs, meeting minutes, correspondence, and investment-related application materials, etc., complete accurate Chinese and English translations, and ensure the professionalism and compliance of the documents.

3. Assist the President in conducting business negotiations, customer visits (including international customers), industry summits, etc., be responsible for pre-connection, on-site coordination and follow-up; standardize the reception of visiting guests and maintain the company's high-end professional image.

5. Assist in handling part of the administrative affairs supervised by the President, including departmental daily coordination, important document archiving, office logistics support, etc.; strictly abide by the company's confidentiality system, and properly manage the President's various documents and sensitive business information.

6. Collaborate with the President to conduct cross-departmental coordination work, communicate the President's work deployment, follow up on the coordination results, and ensure efficient and smooth internal communication.

Job Requirements

1. Language skills: Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, which can be used as a working language, and the ability to handle all English investment bank-type professional documents and international business communications; fluent Cantonese is preferred, making it easier to connect with Hong Kong local partners; standard Mandarin is suitable for cross-border business communications within the country; those who are familiar with French are preferred, as they can connect with French-speaking customers and cooperation institutions.
2. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above
