Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the execution and management of the OECD Teacher Education International Survey + (TALIS+) project, including data collection, analysis, and writing of survey reports;

2. Participate in the research institute's research on artificial intelligence and basic education reform, "large-scale connection" general education, and high school education development evaluation;

3. Other tasks assigned by the director.

Requirements:

1. Doctorate in Education or above;

2. At least 2 years of full-time research work experience, with relevant research results (such as academic papers, research reports or project outcomes) ;

3. Solid Chinese writing skills, combined with excellent English writing and oral expression abilities;

4. Strong professional pursuit awareness, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills.
