Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the post-trading settlement and delivery process, including verifying trading instructions, confirming trade details, and handling the transfer of funds and securities.

• Timely complete daily settlement work, ensure all trading account balances are accurate and error-free, and submit relevant statements and documents in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities and central clearing systems (such as HKEX CCASS).

• Collaborate closely with the brokerage department, custodian bank, clearing house and other internal units, promptly follow up on abnormal transactions, unsettled projects and error corrections, and ensure smooth and compliant settlement.

• Continuous optimization of clearing and settlement operations, participate in system testing and upgrading, and assist in improving automation and operating efficiency.

• Comply with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and exchange-related regulations, regularly participate in compliance training, implement internal risk control and internal audit requirements.

• Applicants with 1 to 3 years of experience in securities market back-end operations, settlement and clearing or related financial services field, familiar with Hong Kong stock trading mechanism and CCASS system operation are preferred.

• Fluent in Chinese and English writing and speaking, able to communicate daily in Cantonese, good in Mandarin, and able to meet cross-department and customer coordination needs.

• Have good digital sensitivity and fineness, be able to accurately process a large amount of data under high pressure, and have the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.

• Have basic computer operating skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office suite software; those with ERP, OASYS, FIS Quantum or similar clearing system experience will be given priority.

• Provide a competitive monthly salary, ranging from HKD 18,000 to 30,000, which can be further negotiated based on personal experience and performance.
