<p><strong>JobResponsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage the Chairman and his families’ calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and his families’ schedules.</li><li>Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation of family household and communicate with domestic helpers and thedriver.</li><li>Maintain good communications withthe international school’s teachers.</li><li>Maintain high discretion and confidentiality of information handled.</li><li>Organize and prepare for corporate and private events,business projects and other ad hoc assignments.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Degree holder in any discipline.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to flexibly respond to various personal needs.</li><li>Minimum3years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives and/or their families.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Independent, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, WeChat, and research engines to effectively manage communications and information.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Meticulous and patient, strong sense of responsibility, able to proactively predict and solve problems.</li><li>Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Those who are fluent in spoken English are preferred (need to handle overseas projects).</li><li><strong>Immediate availability is highly preferred.</strong></li></ul>
